Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SKE IT SOLUTIONS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SKE IT SOLUTIONS provides technology consulting, managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and automation solutions, and custom software development services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Promptly report any security concerns or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Make timely payments as agreed in service contracts

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, intellectual property rights for custom software and solutions developed for clients will be transferred upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and frameworks remain the property of SKE IT SOLUTIONS.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKE IT SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKE IT SOLUTIONS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees and must return or destroy any confidential materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
